Job Position – Counter Staff (Arab Nationals | Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
1 – Manage incoming and outgoing remittances through direct or third-party methods
2 – Support clients by providing detailed product information and informing them about available services
3 – Assist with handling wage disbursements and WPS file submissions
4 – Carry out transactions through a single window
5 – Effectively handle customer complaints and coordinate with operations to find solutions
6 – Maintain the privacy of client information
7 – Support compliance oversight, especially in KYC, CDD, and EDD
8 – Support WPS salary processing and manage SIF file operations
9 – Uphold a professional attitude and maintain a welcoming approach toward customers
10 – Comply with company policies and maintain high service quality
11 – Provide customer service both in person and via phone
Requirements:
– 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
– Finance graduate or related qualification
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Must be currently based in the UAE
